Pure Cycle Corporation Receives Approval for Initial Phase Development at Sky Ranch
DENVER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/21/16 -- Pure Cycle Corporation (NASDAQ: PCYO) announced today it has received approval from the Arapahoe County Planning Commission which recommends approval to the Board of County Commissioners an amendment to the Sky Ranch Preliminary Development Plan, and Preliminary Plat Filing for up to 525 homes.
Pure Cycle owns approximately 930 acres of entitled land in Arapahoe County and for the past several months have been updating and revising the development plan and developing preliminary plats to market and develop the property to area homebuilders. Sky Ranch is located along Interstate 70, with an existing interchange in one of the most active development corridors in the greater Denver metropolitan area. Pure Cycle's revised development plan and preliminary plats' seek to update the land plan to current market demands specifically targeting first time entry level home buyers.

The Planning Commission will refer consideration and has recommend approval of the revised development plan and preliminary plats to the Board of County Commissioners at their next available meeting.
