NOTE
11: 401(k)
PLAN
Effective
July 25, 2006, the Company adopted the Pure Cycle Corporation
401(k) Profit Sharing Plan (the “Plan”), a
defined contribution retirement plan for the benefit of its
employees. The Plan is currently a salary deferral only plan,
and at this time the Company does not match employee
contributions. The Company pays the annual administrative
fees of the Plan, and the Plan participants pay the
investment fees. The Plan is open to all employees, age 21 or
older, who have been employees of the Company for at least
six months. During the fiscal years ended August 31, 2012,
2011 and 2010, the Company paid fees of $3,400, $2,600 and
$2,400, respectively, for the administration of the
Plan.
