NOTE 9 – SIGNIFICANT CUSTOMERS The Company has significant customers in its operations. The tables below present the percentage of total revenue for the reported customers for the six months ended February 28, 2025 and February 29, 2024. For water and wastewater customers, the Company provides services on behalf of the Rangeview District for which the significant end users include Sky Ranch CAB and two oil & gas operators. The home builders at Sky Ranch account for lot purchase revenue but also for water and wastewater tap fee revenues.
As of February 28, 2025, 94% of the reported trade accounts receivable balance, excluding oil and gas royalty receivable, is owed to Pure Cycle by the Rangeview District for tap fees, water usage and wastewater treatment fees. |
