NOTE 11 – 401(K) PLAN
The Company maintains a Pure Cycle Corporation 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan (the “401(k) Plan”), a defined contribution retirement plan for the benefit of its employees. The 401(k) Plan is currently a salary deferral only plan, and at this time the Company does not match employee contributions. The Company pays the annual administrative fees of the 401(k) Plan, and the 401(k) Plan participants pay the investment fees. The 401(k) Plan is open to all employees, age 21 or older, who have been employees of the Company for at least six months. During the fiscal years ended August 31, 2019 and 2018, the Company paid fees of $6,000 and $5,900, respectively, for the administration of the 401(k) Plan.
