NOTE 10 – SIGNIFICANT CUSTOMERS The Company has significant customers in its operations. The table below presents the percentage of total revenue for the reported customers for the years ended August 31, 2022 and 2021. For water and wastewater customers, the Company primarily provides services on behalf of the Rangeview District for which the significant end users include all Sky Ranch homes in the aggregate combined with the Sky Ranch CAB and two oil & gas operators. The home builders at Sky Ranch account for lot purchase revenue but also for water and wastewater tap fees revenues.
Additionally, at August 31, 2022, 34% of the trade accounts receivable balance was owed by Challenger for finished lot milestone payments. |
