NOTE 10 – SIGNIFICANT CUSTOMERS The Company has significant customers in its operations. For the water and wastewater resource development segment, the Company primarily provides water and wastewater services on behalf of Rangeview Metropolitan District. The significant end users include all Sky Ranch homes in aggregate, Crestone Peak Resources (oil & gas operations) and the WISE partnership related to a special facilities construction project. For the land development segment and water and wastewater tap fees, which are reported within the water and wastewater resource development segment, significant customers include Taylor Morrison, KB Home and Richmond Homes. |
